Wat ga jij doen?

Digitalization and IT are critical components of Paques' global operations. As a Network & Security Architect, you will join the Global IT team and play a pivotal role in the IT strategy for the forthcoming years. We are looking for a decisive professional who excels in a dynamic, international setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass developing and managing the global data networks and security strategy, as well as overseeing significant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain strategies for company-wide data networks and security.
• Formulate and uphold security policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with suppliers.
• Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and continuous monitoring in accordance with ITIL standards.
• Collaborate internationally with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Business IT, Infrastructure Leads, and external service providers.
• Oversee the network implementation process, including budget management.

Wat vragen wij van jou als Network & Security Architect - Paques

• 10+ years of experience in networking and security;
• Bachelor or Master in Computing Science or comparable;
• Certifications as CCNP, CISSP, or CompTIA Network+.
• Proven experience with WAN and backbone network protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of network routing, switching protocols, and associated technologies.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GC) and firewall techniques is advantageous.
